Basic stroke order rules
- top to bottom or 从上到下

Character Pinyin Meaning 人 ren2 person, people 又 you4 again 大 da4 big 分 fen1 separate 父 fu4 father - outside to inside, finish inside before closing or 先外后内再封口
Character Pinyin Meaning 日 ri4 day 田 tian2 farmland 回 hui2 return, reply 困 kun4 sleepy 國 guo2 country - center before two wings or 先中间后两边
Character Pinyin Meaning 小 xiao3 small 水 shui3 water 永 yong3 forever 光 guang1 light 乘 cheng2 ride, multiply - Top left corner first, bottom right corner last or 左上角最先, 右下角最后
